    Orders received will be processed for customisation and packaging within 48 hours.

    All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, which will take up to 5 working days for metro delivery and up to 10 working days for regional delivery.

    Receive free shipping on all orders of $50 or more. Automatically applies at checkout.

    A flat rate of $10 shipping fee applies on all orders under $50 via standard shipping Australia nationwide.

    Returns

    Change Of Mind

    For non-customised items, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt. However we will charge $20 per item for shipping and admin costs. In this case, the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

    For customised items, as the artwork has been approved by you and we also allow a 2-hour window for you to cancel your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

    Damaged / Defective Items

    In cases of damage or defect, please provide a digital image of the damage or defect, along with a clear description of the problem, in an email to our Customer support. If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email, the item may be required to return to Posh Josh for inspection before a refund can be offered.

    We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Posh Josh representative to be defective. Under no circumstances does Posh Josh reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer, without return approval by a Posh Josh representative prior.

    How To Return An Item

    1. Email Customer Support to request a return within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

    2. Be sure to specify the reason for return. In the cases of damage/defect, provide a digital image of the damage or defect, along with a clear description of the problem for the return request.

    3. Once a return is approved by a Posh Josh representative, follow the procedure of return.

    4. Allow up to 14 days to process the refund from the date the item is received.

    Corporate bulk order.

    For any team building activities, functions, events and merchandise, we can help corporates and organisations with the right products and customised designs. Package prices can be offered depending on specific requirements. Simply email us and one of our representatives will be in contact with you. 

    How should I wash my printed garments? 

    Printed shirts can be expected to wear over time. If the following care instructions can be followed, it could prolong the life of your custom print. 

    • Machine wash cold (or hand wash)
    • Gentle cycle only with mild detergents
    • Do not bleach
    • No fabric softener
    • Do not dry clean
    • Hang dry or tumble dry on very low settings. 

     

    Can I make changes after my order has been placed?

    If by any chance you need to make changes to your order, please email us without delay stating your order number and the changes you would like to make including product, size and/or the design. We suggest you to make contact with us within 2 hours after your order submission. Once we have started printing, we are not able to accept any changes.

    This Agreement governs your use of the Site and the Posh Josh service (the "Service"). You understand that by using the Site and the Service, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and you agree to use the Site and the Service solely as provided in this Agreement.

    Posh Josh is the owner of the Posh Josh trademark; other trademarks made available through this Site, including logos, slogans, colour schemes and design trademarks, are licensed for use by Posh Josh from Institutions and other third parties (the "Licensed Marks"). By using the Posh Josh Site, you agree to limit your use of Licensed Marks to uses that are directly related to such third parties and to comply with any restrictions or conditions imposed on the use and access of the Licensed Marks by the third parties. Posh Josh will notify you of such terms if your usage is in violation of such terms.

    Generally, products created using images available on the site should not be resold commercially. In the event that you wish to resell such products, you agree to contact Posh Josh and verify the legality of reselling such products prior to doing so. Designs created using the text tools and images available through the site are in no way the exclusive property of the customers who assemble such designs. Posh Josh retains the right to display such designs or offer them (or variations of such designs) to other customers.

    Additionally, Posh Josh has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libellous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by Australian law), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Posh Josh production.

    You agree to not use Posh Josh's Service to create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

     

    Payment Policies

    All pricing on poshjosh.com.au is in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

    Posh Josh accepts online payment via PayPal. All payments sent electronically shall be securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology.

    Posh Josh may also accept payment via EFT or purchase order for corporates, institutions and organisations. Please contact Posh Josh by email for such payment arrangements.

    Posh Josh will begin processing orders immediately upon verification that payment has been received.

     

    Colour Matching

    Posh Josh strives to provide the best possible prints however colours may vary due to inks, design files, garment colours and fabrics.

     

    Limit of Posh Josh's Responsibility

    Posh Josh will be responsible for acting only on those instructions sent to Posh Josh that actually are received and does not assume responsibility for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy or timeliness of any orders you send. Posh Josh is not responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or caused by any browser software or any computer virus or related problem that may be attributable to services provided by any Internet Access Service Provider. Posh Josh is not responsible should you give incorrect instructions or if your credit-card payment is not processed by your credit-card company.

    The information and materials contained in this Site, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". Posh Josh does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the Site and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials.
